Shipping & Returns

Lisa O. offers a free shipping service for all returns. The refund will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the goods and the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

Purchased items can be returned and requested for a replacement or refund, as long as they are returned, within 30 days, to the Distribution Center in perfect condition and accompanied by a sales receipt.

Make sure the package is properly closed. Lisa O. cannot be held responsible in the event of non-delivery of returns. Retail stores cannot offer refunds or replace products purchased online.

Please note that Lisa O. does not accept exchanges or refunds for personalized items.
